3D Bomber is a 3D version of Bomberman. You can play against the computer, or with a human opponent via modem or null modem cable. (Not sure how viable that is nowadays so you may need to be content with the single player game.) The game plays similarly to the classic Bomberman game, except that all the action takes place in a 3D first-person perspective, Wolfenstein 3D type environment. As you might except, it's rather difficult to navigate the maze-like level when you can only see what's directly around you. You can't plan and strategically go after your opponent. The author probably realized this because there is a tiny mini-map added to the bottom corner which is barely visible. In practice, you'll need to try to use this to see where your opponent is. However that means that the 3D element becomes almost superfluous.
