Earth Invasion is a simple one-on-one (or one-on-two, three, etc) space shooting / fighting game. There is a stereotypical sci-fi space-opera storyline of some sort (I admit, I didn't read it ...) before being directed into combat to shoot an enemy ship or group of ships and try to avoid being shot. Your ship and opponents' sprites are large so there isn't a large area to maneuver. There does seem to be a boss at the end of each stage, and the graphics are decent enough. But the game itself is pretty basic with not a lot of engaging gameplay going on.
