Morbius' Isthmus is one of several CRPG fantasy games developed by Robert J. Deutsch, aka Dr Dungeon, a prolific creator of complex fantasy role-playing games. The story: "A long time ago, legend says an alien from the stars visited some people living in a dormant volcano." Lately there has been unrest among the descendents of the people who were visited, and it's YOUR job to investigate. You get basic commands like Look, Get, Attack, etc to interact with your environment. You can also talk with people, which for me usually means I type random words until I give up and type "BYE" to end the conversation. Definitely for CRPG hardcore fans only.
