Voyage to the Planet Earth only barely fits into the category of "game" but it's so cool that I couldn't help including it here, hoping that it gets some wider recognition. It's sort of like Google Earth, but made in text-mode (with a few edited characters) in 1993 in DOS. Yes it's as wild as it sounds. You can see the map of the earth depicted in 3D on a globe, and you can rotate and zoom it however you want. You can also switch to a "political map" view which shows the different countries and even city locations as you zoom in. It does include a game where you have to find a city using the latitude and longitude, so there's that if you want to play it. But really it's more of an interesting toy to play with, definitely worth checking out.
