Trolls has a lot going for it, including color graphics, a Soundblaster soundtrack, and classic Sonic-esque gameplay mixed with a European, Bitmap Brothers type style. It seems to be based on the Trolls toys that were insanely popular for a brief period of time in the early 90's. It's a platformer so you jump around and collect things (smaller trolls?!) before heading to the exit. The main problem is that the backgrounds are so colorful, and there are so many sprites flying around, that it's difficult to even see what you can jump on and what you can't. You start off without any weapons, and taking hits seems almost unavoidable. This game offers a single level from the full game which offers seven worlds with multiple levels in each world.
