Rocket Chase is a 2-4 player gravity-based spaceship deathmatch game. You and at least one friend (no CPU opponents here) battle it out in a variety of arenas ... to the death! Fly your Asteroids-physics-inspired triangle ships around and blast each other with your blaster, special weapon(s), and other power-ups that you find randomly around the level. The game plays quite smoothly, although there doesn't seem to be any music and only minimal sound effects. Originally it was shareware but the creators released it as freeware in its final version.
