Rachel's Fashion Dolls is a paper doll dress-up program where you can choose a background, a doll (or multiple) and dress them up, before using fill tools to color in the scene. There are six backgrounds and three "dolls" to choose from. You can also add clothes to them (five sets for male and five sets for female) before coloring your picture. They can even talk if you enable the Voice option! (They speak a few pre-scripted short sentences through your sound card.) Not a lot of depth (at least not in the shareware version) but might be fun for a few minutes for kids interested in this sort of thing.
