Nacho Blaster is a high-res (640x480) high-speed shooting game. The author notes that it was made for a friend (named "Nahco"?) over the span of approximately one week. So, don't expect a lot of depth with this game. You move with the arrows and shoot with the Spacebar. Aliens appear, you blast them, while they shoot back at you. If you survive, you move on to the next wave. That's about it! This game's text and documentation is not in English but it's really not needed to play it since it's so simple.
