Loom is one of the classic early Lucasarts graphic adventure games. It is available here as part of a Lucasarts "sampler" of demos which also includes short demos of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and The Secret of Monkey Island. Like those games, Loom uses the SCUMM adventure game engine. Unlike those other games, it does not involve inventory puzzles. The main character manipulates the environment using spells ("drafts"). This seven-screen demo lets you experience the introduction to the game and get a feel for the gameplay. Many people consider this innovative game one of the best graphical adventures of all-time.
