Krazy-Christmas is a kid's activity program which allows kids (aged 3 to 9, according to the manual) to decorate several provided drawings by adding faces, stamping Christmas-themed stamps, basic shapes, and by coloring. There are actually a lot of combinations that kids could come up with, and although the graphics themselves are not particularly well-drawn or nice to look at, they would likely be engaging enough for younger kids, who might be entertained for awhile by coming up with ridiculous pictures to make each other laugh. (Though likely not as long as the "hours" of fun the included docs promise!)
