Guests doesn't read it, and if something's added, topic'll locked immediantely. I did add a game in 'Hard Disk Required'. It's also matter of us. We don't want 'em locked or have nothi' serious to add.

"key" means "good" in this case, and we havent had "good" in awhile, so of course they're outdated.
