So, I don't remember much about it but I will try to describe it as much as I can. A platform game maybe? The main character was a short fat? blonde boy or man with a propeller baseball cap on his head, with blue t-shirt maybe?. The game's first stage was on a freeway. You needed to drive a red car to reach the destination and avoid other cars. You had 3 lives? It had time limit? Stage 2 was at a prison or cemetery and it looked like a donkey kong game?.
