Cartoony game where you play as a blue bird with a gun (I think)

Does anyone remember if there was a cartoon-like 2D Platformer where you play as a blue bird with a gun?
From what I can remember in it, you are running in the woods and there's some doors with a human hand that transports you to another section and also a bit where you grab hold of a balloon to try and reach the other side of the platform otherwise if drop a shark from in a bathtub will eat you then spit you out after not liking the taste of you.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about and if they do please tell me the name of the game?
