2000-2010 puzzle /strategy game

Trying to seach a 2000 -2010 pc game name .Not sure is it a strategy game but it required to connect every puzzle the more you connect the more coins you get .
Every puzzle(not sure the puzzle izzit shaped in hexagon) contains diffrent line and you can change the direction of it BY ROTATING IT .The symbol of puzzle is GOLD: lions ,Silver : Horse and bronze i cant remember. the animal of bronze . At the end of the level the coins will be collected and weight it .If the coins weighted in gold indication line the building will be made by gold .
