win 3.1 game,about a littleboy who has to collect "chip

Cant remember that much, a little boy who has to walk around looking for motor like items. You view your person from an eagle perspektive. One thing that separates it from other games is that when you die/lose a live, it gives of a sound that sounds like: "Bommer!".
I would be ever gratefull if someone could help.

I want crystal mines for atari lynx but i cant find it anywhere :(

I have Chip's Challenge for windows 3.x on my computer! It was on it when I bought it used.
