Trivia game from around 1990s-1995 possibly 2000

Hello!
I've been searching for this game for years. I used to play it every weekend when I went to stay with my grandparents and I'm sure it was either on a floppy disc, or from one of those PC gaming mags. I don't believe it was a DOS game so it was likely Windows
It was a trivia game that was set out a bit like a slot machine and the background was green. You pulled a lever, similar to a slot machine and it would cycle through three different sections of categories and then you chose out of the three which one you wanted. A timer would appear on the right hand side that I think was also green.
At the end it would tally up your score for every category.
Some categories I remember were famous faces, animals, sound effects, famous quotes, antiques etc
If anyone can help me track this game down I will love you forever
