I played that game as a demo around the year 2000-2002 on a windows computer

- 2D
- move character up down right left while shooting to the right side
- I could choose between 3 characters : a girl , a devil , a wizard(i think) with their upper body coming out of grass/flower pot
- I remember I could transform into mecha that shoots more and stronger bullets (yeah from a flowerpot character to a mecha with the characters head)
- It had nice art and music that felt very energetic and fast

I actually found it, it's called Tomak save the earth again

I wonder if I can find and play it again somewhere

Maybe on ebay, but it did not find any available just now.
