Shooting frozen fruits with a bazooka from a boat

Hello : )
I am searching for an old game - the things I remember are:
You are in a bout ; you shoot with a bazooka frozen fruits (I think the fruits were in ice cubes and were arrenged like wall); the game was very attractive, very colorful and has good graphics.
I had only demo version and after about 3 mounts, the game stop working.
I'll be very thankful if someone remembers this game.
