PC 3D Puzzle Space Game, set on flat planets

I think this must be in the 00's as I don't remember a lot but it's really bugging me.
You controlled a ball and it bounced off things, you had to solve mini puzzles and avoid moving things/getting caught (aliens?).
It was set on either flat planets or spaceships, each level took you to a different one.
You played from above but it wasn't birds eye view.
It was 3D and fairly detailed, but it was very simple.
