Looking for space game from 80s or early 90s DOS

I remember this game where you had a ship and crew and if you didn't have enough skill in communication when you met aliens their language would sound like "hummana hummana" and you couldn't communicate with them. The game was from the 80s or maybe the early 90s. I remember that you would assemble a crew and trade with other planets.
