Two kids, slime ball

That game isn't very popular, but it's really cool.
What I remember about it is that 2 kids that they were siblings were like separated by something or someone and the guy was transformed into a pink (I think) slime/ball and he started to battle some creatures in the forest randomly and he could get them to find for him, I think.
What is its name? Does someone remember? It's all in Japanese.
