where is the wireframe mode in 3d construction kit?

i hear that there is a wireframe mode in this utility, although i cant seem to find it.

I have not used it, so I don't know - but it was a 1991 3D map/world creation utility from Domark from what I read here:

Not available on the DosGames site, but can be found elsewhere.
A manual seems to be essential to use it properly.
