3d moon game

Post by xlordkarnagex »

I think it was meant to be played on 133mhz or higher pentiums but it ran (barely) on p90.

Drove around in a little space tank thing and could jump and shoot, and you had your own base to defend and robots or something that you had to go after and take off.

Pretty 3d for the time period.

any ideas what it is? pretty sure its on here.

Was it top-down or sideview? Treademarks- or metal slug-like, or something different?

Win95 came with Hover!, a future tank game, worth a look.

And there was an ancient moon patrol arcade game, maybe a variant of that?

not hover but it looked like it in some ways, might have been microsoft game? i really don't remember.
it was around 95-98 and would have required some form of early direct x most likely.

ah yes, it was battlezone, for some reason i got it confused with the game similiar name that looked like grid based tron tanks.

The family PC never was able to run it properly.
