zip files : don't know which files to unzip ?

I'm tentatively assuming that you are referring to games downloaded from dosgames.com, right?
Please specify your question further. If a game arrives as a zip file you certainly need to unzip it. Don't unzip several zip files into a single directory.
And yes, DOS games don't run on a 64-bit Windows OS on their own, you need DOSBox.
