Many downloads seem intact, but most use a Win16 installer so you might need to use otvdm to run them.

I just came across a freeware German game called Twinland by browsing this website. I haven't figured out how exactly it plays, but from the manual, it looks like the goal is to unite two separately controlled characters, but before that you need to find character-specific items.

The same source provided links to a neat German shareware developer with two nice looking games:

Thanks to the updated Hallfiry's catalogue, I was able to track down the original Italian demo of Screamer Rally and the newer English version as well:
