Old education game, windows 95/98

The game I'm trying to remember is from the mid 90s for windows 95/98. The title included the word 'time' in it and consisted of a set of minigames. The most memorable one to me was a maths game featuring little blobs which you had to direct from the top of the screen to the bottom. On their way they encounted holes with a maths question above. If the number of the blob was the correct answer it would jump over and continue on its way, otherwise it would sink into the hole. The game was intended for kids aged 7-11 i think, and there was another game of the same format for younger kids with 'space' in the title.
