Stonekeep dragon problem

I have found the two missing parts of the key to free dragon but a cant reforge this key becasue the dwarf that should do it went to the table in his room and stucked ,i cant go near him . His one step before me near the table and i cant go one step to him ,i think his stucj for good . I dont want to play the game forom beginig because some stupid dwarf stuck , is there any solution to this problem ????

maybe there is other way to pass the dragon or free him , or kill him using cheats ,or reisntaling the game this time diffrent version (im playing on 1.2)and reload my save game ????

i also heard there is version 1.5 but a can find it anywhere
