Dungeon Keeper Computers

Hi everyone im wondering something. When my friend plays dungeon keeper the computers are real easy and slow. when i play them on my computer at home they seem more intelligent and smart. how can i change my computer to "easy" ?

Ingame hit <ESC>, you will get a small menu, in that menu a computer icon, click on it, a submenu will open where you can choose the level.
Simply hover with your mouse over the 4 computers in the submenu, text with explanation will appear.
Click on your choice and resume game.

Does that have to do with computers you're playing against, or when you turn on computer assistance?
