It needs work. Lots of work.
Yahoo! Pagebuilder isn't that bad per se, but you need a better layout. Black text on a dark color box is a big no no, and the color box makes no sense there. You should have it blend into the background.

To work on a CSS you need to have one, he has none :P

And it seems you have a row filled with transparent images... DIFFERENT images, and that's just great if a sucker with dial-up makes the mistake to click on the link to your site!

Hey, let's keep the training wheels on for a bit. Let him rough it on WYSIWYG editors.

I can hardly read the text; try having higher contrast between the text and the background. IE: white text over a black background, or a lighter shade of a color over a darker shade of the color. And if you had used a page builder as Worm had mentioned, then it wouldn't help to learn HTML. This site helped me learn HTML, and later some CSS. It's probably the easiest thing you can learn involving programming (though HTML is not considered a programming language by many because it's basically just writing and nesting tags).

Thanks for the suggestions though,I'll get right on to fixing it up. :D

Besides,I completely know HTML Code.I just used PageBuilder
because it was easy.WYSIWYG Editors aren't fun, they are
annoying,So I don't use them.

Pagebuilder is a WYSIWYG editor.

I'd just learn how to use tables for now. Sure, they're ugly, and I don't think they're even w3 compliant, but they'll work.
