space quest 4

Post by abyss »

I want to go back to space quest 10 to get the correct plug but i forget the codes. I actually just typped random codes to go to space quest 10 the first time and i used random codes to get to space quest 12 from space quest 1. Why does sierra have to make it hard for people that actually have the games with those annoying codes on their games.

You know how easy it was to give a DOS game to your buddies? It only took up to 8 floppies or, if you were the lucky owner of a CD-RAM, you could just burn all the DOS games to a cd and then give it to all your buddies.

Game producers didn't want potential buyers to choose a warez copy of the game over an original one. This is where the copy protection comes in place, you have to own those codes(which were inside the manual, which came only with the original copy of the game) in order to play more than 5% of the game.

Maybe you would benefit downloading the cracked versions.
Or download the pirate CD versions, they don't have copy protection.
