Donald Duck
Richard Tobin, in 1935, wrote:Whenever the corners of Donald Duck's eyebrows begin to meet and his webbed foot begins to stamp, most audiences squirm in pleasant anticipation of Donald's forthcoming anger. Never in motion pictures has there been such a funny fury as Donald's.
This guy sent Mickey Mouse and his overrated fame in smithereens! His anger made us laugh like hyenas! He was rough, tough, and wouldnt give in to anyone! Friend of Pluto, he has played as Hitler, and as Don Juan, a character of multi faced talent. Donald Duck.Walt Disney to Spencer wrote:Make the duck kinda cocky. And since he's a duck and likes water, how about giving him a little middy blouse and a sailor hat?

Fenton Crackshell (a.k.a. GizmoDuck)
He first appeared on Duck Tales as a bean counter but he quit that job to work for Scrooge McDuck as his accountant Later on Fenton found a robot suit called Gizmo Duck made by Gyro Gearloose. The code word to activate it was Blabbering Blatherskite which was a phrase that No one normal would use. As fate would have it Fenton wondered too close to the suit and uttered his favorite expression and gained a secret identity. The only characters privleged to know that Fenton is Gizmo Duck are Scrooge, Gyro, and Fenton's mother whom he refers to as M'ma. Fenton is in love with Gandra Dee Scrooge's bean factory receptionist. As Fenton he is Scrooge's accountant but as Gizmo Duck he is Scrooge's security guard and personal body guard. Fenton has appeared as a guest star on Darkwing Duck on occaision as Launchpad McQuack's old friend from Duckburg as himself and as Gizmo Duck although more as Gizmo Duck than himself. Gizmo Duck appears as a rival superhero for Darkwing Duck.

Gyro Gearloose
The scatter-brained inventor who works for Scrooge, Gyro was first created for Disney comics in the early 1950s. Gyro is a genius, however, many of his inventions go awry. Classic examples of this from DuckTales include the episodes Time Teasers and Sir Gyro de Gearloose. In the latter, Gyro becomes fed up with being a "gadget man," and travels back to the days of King Arthur to pursue a new career as a knight. Without a doubt, Gyro's closest confidant is, Li'l Helper, his light bulb pet. Huey, Dewey, and Louie also sometimes aid Gyro.

Darkwing Duck
Darkwing Duck has given three different origin stories. The first, given in "The Secret Origins Of Darkwing Duck", is probably untrue, as it is told (apparently) by his ghost to two kids in the future - in this version he is the last survivor of a doomed planet, sent to Earth in a rocket ship by his father just before the planet exploded. This seems pretty unlikely. The superhero wrote:I am the terror that flaps in the night. I am the winged scourge that pecks at your nightmares. I am... Darkwing Duck!
The second origin, "Paraducks", showed that the young Drake Mallard saw his own future self who had travelled back in time. So impressed was he by this superhero (whom he didn't recognise), that he was inspired to one day don a costume himself and fight crime. "Clash Reunion", the third origin episode, showed that when Drake was a teenager, Megavolt took St.Canard school hostage, causing Drake to adopt a costumed identity and save the day - this doesn't necessarily clash with origin number two, so both of these latter stories could be true.
Whatever the truth, Darkwing Duck was a small time hero in St.Canard for several years, before a chance encounter while he was trailing Taurus Bulba, agent of FOWL, gained him a sidekick, Launchpad McQuack. He later adopted Gosalyn, grand-daughter of the late Professor Waddlermeyer, to protect her from Bulba.
Since then his life has continued to be one adventure after another, with him gaining a gallery of increasingly bizarre foes.
Although he has no superpowers of his own, Darkwing has a lot of high tech equipment to help him fight crime. Launchpad built him an airplane called the Thunderquack. He also has his motorcycle which he calls the Ratcatcher. His gas gun is very versatile. He can put many various canisters and attachments in and on his gas gun, ranging from a grappling hook to a bazooka shell. Also, hidden in his secret hideout are these huge supercomputers, capable of detecting crime anywhere in the city.

Launchpad McQuack
Launchpad McQuack comes from a family of pilots, the Flying McQuacks, who made a living working airshows. As a teenager he struck out on his own, and for many years he was the pilot for billionaire Scrooge McDuck. Eventually tiring of working for the old skin-flint, Launchpad decided to strike out on his own. He moved from Duckberg to the neighbouring city of St.Canard, home of Launchpad's favourite superhero Darkwing Duck, where he inadvertently crashed his plane into the garage of said superhero. This bit of serendipity resulted in his becoming Darkwing's new sidekick. He now works for the hero as a mechanic, maintaining his crime-fighting equipment, particularly the vehicles.

Huey, Dewey and Louie
Born ca. 1940 as triplets. Sons of Della Duck, Donald's twin sister and her husband who is still unknown - however, Don Rosa says that he is a brother of Daisy Duck and that's why HD&L keep calling her their aunt.
HD&L moved in with their uncle Donald Duck before the Christmas of 1947. Rumour say that the reason for this was that they used to be very difficult to raise and that they were sent to Duckburg after blowing a firecracker under their father's chair.
These guys were leet as hell. Thumbs up.
