Age of Empires like game, 2000-2010 [Strategy 3: The Dark Legions]

Hi all, i have problem, i whana play old game like "age of empire" but i don't remember that game name, all i remember this game name in menu is with golden latters menu picture with tree and crow sound is a strategy game like age of empire. that game could be realease 2000-2010 so i don't think i found that name here but if someone have some information that will be great

So how does your game differ form AoE? Is it turn-based instead of real time? Did it have city/base building or not? Was it medieval or not? 2D or 3D?
I can't say I have much memory of starting menus in games, so that does not ring a bell with me.

that game simiilar and like age of empire. all villager is with bald head, they dont have citty or base just mision verry like age of empire but this dont have citty or base i dont know how more i can describe this game

Guys that game principal verry like age of empire 3 but this oldest and just single player, gameplay view like age of empire to. I dont know i search and watch manny videos games like age of empire but dont found i just remember couse villagers all baldies and game meniu is tree and crow sound menu view going slowly to some castle and game name is gold or yellow latters thats all i got
