Dos game played early 90s (likely an 80s game). Found a screenshot on uvlist, but cannot find any more info. Can someone confirm/deny this is "Risk" from 1989 (as shown on uvlist).

Note the same text layout is seen under the graphics portion, and the same layout is used for the territories & connection lines between continents.
(It is also reminiscent of the graphics used in Soleaus 'Battle for Atlantis' & 'Isle wars' (found on MobyGames site) but it is not identical)
