Modern Naval Combat Simulator 1v1, 3D (early-2000), PC/Online/Unsure

The game was similar to WoW but only available in 1v1.
You control a fleet of 1 Destroyer, 1 Battleship, 1 Submarine, and (Maybe?) Anti Submarine Ship (Which had a helicopter armed with depth charges).
I think it ran Shockwave Flash or Early Java. I played on browser i think. It was around when shockwave was still a thing.

Perspective: 3rd person
Objective: Battleships... sink all enemy ships.
Graphics: Early 3D pollygon.

Random notes of things i remember:
Combat was a broadside exchange between the two fleets.
Heli with depth charges, aboard ship with anti torpedo decoys
Submarine with torpedoes
CIWS and missile launcher armed ship
Battleship with triple barrel canon
Ability to set distance from mid-line
One of the ships is an arleigh burke class destroyer

I just found an article on the EoL of Adobe Shockwave, this may mean the game no longer exists/was taken down after April 2019.
