Name of Game

There was this game I played on my old old pc. I was playing it when windoes XP came out. It was a plane game where you are looking on at a plane from a birds eye view. The background consists of countrside fields and it's 2D. You start off as a biplane and you get different weapons as you progress through the game and you shoot down enemy planes (the last weapon is a tornado).
It's not raptor: call of shadows, I know that!!!
Please please pleeeaaase help me. thanks!!!

I think he means the camera view is top-down... like Red Alert, Alien Breed, all chess games etc.
