If it takes to much memory to have a zillion people put up avatars, why don't you make it so they can submit there pictures into there "E-mail" acount. So that person can only have a certian amount!!!!!!!!

Or you could just create your own website to host your avatars on. hosting it in the E-mail account makes little sense...
