Avatar sizes (in KB)

The file size should be bigger, i can't upload one from my comp (it is bigger than 10KB). Will somebody take notice of this?

you should use photoshop to fix the size up..

shrink image to small
etc etc

You dont need photoshop or anything.
Here is how u do it:
Open the image in Paint (right click, open with)
first save it as .Jpg - this will make the image smaller in File size.

If that doesnt help click on Image => Strech/Skew => put like 80%, 80% on the stretch part. Click ok. And the image will resize to a smaller image and size.

That last chicken came from me , kinda testing this "guest restriction" about posting into some area's.
Seems it don't works very good ?

Fixed. Apparently I missed this forum when I switched 'em all to "registered only". (In my defense the phpBB interface for changing forum permissions makes it tough to see which forums are set with which permissions!)
