Cars

Post by abyss »

I have a great knowledge of cars. ask me some questions about cars. I already have enough knowledge to become a car salesman. I just need to study about fuel economy a bot. I am trying to figure out what each cars fuel economy is. I have books on cars from any period of time. I have a lot of car books.

Edit: I used a spell checker.

What are the differences between a Dodge Aries-K and a Plymouth Reliant-K (other than the name)?

The dodge Aries was more popular and that is one thing different between the two cars and both cars had slightly different looks and that is true.

"Plymouth Reliant-K" ... so that's where the popular CCM band's name came from! (<a href="http://www.relientk.com">Reliant K website</a>; they're kinda like a less crude version of blink 182's later work) Neat!

(Shows how much I know 'bout cars I guess ...)

Their is a car company called reliant. What colour or colours was the bond bug available in. It is a fairly easy question.

Remember the Barenaked Ladies "If I had a million dollars" song?

"If I had $1,000,000, If I had $1,000,000
I'd buy you a K-car, a nice reliant automobile"

Ok, since I am purposely trying to show you that you don't know enough about cars:

Abyss: What's the difference between the Dacia Solenza and the Dacia Super Nova? ;)

Here's a good one:

What was the difference between the Ford Contour and the Ford Taurus? And, on the Contour, where was the oil filter located?

Um...yah I guess this is about as off-topic as you can get. *BTW Relient K's early stuff was cool, but the last couple albums you couldn't tell if they were talking about God or their girlfriend....*

And Contour and Taurus were 2 different classes of car. Taurus was a size up from Contour btw.

Spam is extremely salty. And it has all that jelly stuff around it for a preservative or something.

If you don't mind lots of salt or having to get rid of that gel, enjoy! :D

On topic: Abyss, what's the most fuel-efficient normal gas-only car ever made (not hybrids or anything special like that)?

Deleted 3 of cazgotsaved's spam posts... lets try and keep this on topic guys.

And yeah, I know the Contour and Taurus are different cars, I'm trying to get Abyss to tell me what the differences are. (It has to do with engine placement and oilpan location, more than just size)

Sorry I didn't know how specific you wanted it to be. I'll let him answer and butt out

Why do I get post-penalized if I have a cartoon brain? Sorry, but when I say ADD I'm kinda serious...! My brain goes everywhere, sometimes it's like trying to follow one of those (sorry if anybody likes it) but dumb Family Circus cartoons where they have the dotted line following where the kid went around the neighborhood.

cazgotsaved grow up, I have ADHD, what’s your point? It’s nothing to hide behind and not an excuse for not following the rules. Your posts were deleted because you continually double and triple post, use the edit button like everyone else. This time I’ve combined your posts, but I’m sick of seeing you spamming up threads, next time I’ll just delete your posts altogether.

How is this guy not banned? Excuse my blunt-ness, but can't you just look for these answers on wikipedia or google, then respond saying you knew?

He's young and ignorant, we're merciful, and I guess he wants to feel good about himself by claiming to have "special knowledge."

And yeah, on pretty much any other forum, Abyss would've been banned a long time ago. We're nice people, though, and try to give everybody as much of a chance as we can. That may frustrate you guys, the posters who DO follow the rules and have to put up with his shit, but just be patient.

He hasn't posted in his own thread for a while, though. I'll probably lock it soon if he doesn't start replying. =/
