That's cool. It's pretty easy to step from C to C# and to draw on the C# "Graphics" object, much like the Dos screen. There are a few free C#'s out there, Microsoft's Express version, and Mono, if you were interested. Not that anyone here will complain about new dos games.

Thanks. If I remember correctly, I tried out Objective-C for at least two weeks to some months a couple years back. It was horrible. I could not understand a darn thing. Anyways, I just made an Arkanoid mini-demo with Borland Turbo C 2.01 so that is giving me a hint that I should continue using this language.

By all means keep up the good work!

Quick note, programming to a windowing system (Windows, Mac, XWindows) is a pain in C/C++, though possible. C# is a different beast, intended to make such programming easy and cross-platform. I would hope your experience would go better, but no reason to try unless you got interested.

Here is the link to my lowest version of Arkanoid alternative. haha It is the humblest game there is however I just wanted to see if Borland Turbo C 2.01 has enough motion to be playable as a language suitable for game programming. Thanks for checking it out ahead of time.

Well, now that it is done I am ready to take a break until my exhausted feelings go away haha This is only my second game so still practicing my newbie programming skills. haha I am actually proud of myself for programming these two games which run on DOS or DOSBox. The funny thing is in 32-bit mode Windows it might be superfast and unplayable haha. Going lightspeed haha Anyways, I am drained and need a break.

It was fun while it lasted. Got another product out for society!!!!!!!!!!!!
