Hey, does anybody have like an editor where you can make games with the game engine of Commander Keen Galaxy, Biomenace, or Scubaventure?

The easiest one is Game Maker:

It's free. Of course, it will still take a lot of work to make a game as good as Keen or Bio Menace ... especially the graphics/animation.
