For all of you interested in making games, <a href="http://www.gamehippo.com/gamedev/tools.shtml">check this page out</a> (brought to you from the good folks at Game Hippo). I'm not sure how many (if any) are DOS, but I can vouch that RPG Maker 2000, ADRIFT, and GameMaker are all very good.

:D i too no 1 that is good ohrrpgce its help is very good in detaling how to do stuff i recomend it to all newbees like myself

dont download RPG maker. It's too unstable. Every time you try to run a game that you made with it you get an error message and it freezes up your computer.
