Didn't thought that Duke's menu was so complicated that it would need a translation .....

Anyway, yes, of course it's possible, but I'm afraid that would be a violation of copyright as you would need to alter the original coding......

And if you alter the game menu to French, you would almost be obligated to also alter the ingame comments, "shake it baby!" would never be the same again ..... just saying. **
