Is it possible to prevent guests from using smilies?

I tried conning Emmzee into finding 1 smiley per line mod but he never got around to it

The problem isn't the board,i wonder howmany off those spammers there really are active? one? five? ten? At the end they will go away.And meanwhile?pfffffffffffffff.Sit it out,i suppose,(or shit it out)?
