Win 2000 Critical Thinking Game

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for some wacky learning game I played when I was younger. For some reason all I remember
from the title was something along the lines of Critical Thinking.

I played on my windows 2000 when I was about 7 years old, that was maybe 2005? It was a 2D point and click education game,
you solved scenarios, one of which I remember was trying to get a package from one person to another without the postal man
rudely opening the package that wasn't for him. It was a first person game and the only real character I suppose was your guide
in the game, he looked like Albert Einstein and if you didn't solve the puzzle right he would go "ZIS IS NOT A SOLUTION!" and I think
he had a huge mustache.

That's all I can really remember, wish I knew the title or developer, but if anyone knows anything of it I'd appreciate it.
