Ok here goes, this is the fragments that I remember from the game itself.
The game starts with a helicopter crashing and you see a couple troops entering a building, if I don't remember wrong you have a keypad on screen where you type in numbers to "do things" like opening doors for the troops etc, when you enter the building you soon see enemies with orange jumpsuits, you could type in a code again to shoot them with a minigun, after that you can get into some mining carts.
From what I can remember I never made it further than that in the game.
The game was built with video sequence while moving no "graphics"
I'm just curious on what the game had more than as far as I could get as a ten year old.

So is this game in FPS style or are you giving commands in third person to a group of soldiers?
If FPS, was it a rail shooter type or could you move around freely?
Did you play in DOS or some Windows version at the time?

Unfortunately not right, but I see orange jumpsuits etc so still a good eye, but this was more in the beginning of "motion cd" or what it was called, note real time movement but predetermined "movie clips" with some graphics on top of it.
FMV or full motion video games is some words I can find, believe that the title I'm looking for was more or less video except for smaller objects.
