Early 2000's ps2 game?

I remember this game that i played in the early 2000's, possibly around 2004/2005 ish,
All i remember was that it featured these poorly animated young teens that all lived in a street,
There was like challenge mini games to play, and a sciencey one, and a tractor driving one
You could cutomise your owm child,
Im also pretty sure it was like a mix of an open world and an objective completing games
There was a playground and a school, and i think the main objective was to get to the school?
Im a sucker for nostalgia, so if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated
