2000s ish adventure type game

Hey just looking for a game that I used to play on my windows pc, not 100% what version of windows, could be 98. Date ranges from around 2000-2010.

The only thing I remember from the game was that it was set in a mansion and your goal was to go around completing tasks. One of the tasks was a maths based quiz show.
Art style was comic like and for some reason I remember the character having orange hair.
