3D ball platform PC game (about 2000)

Hello,
I'm look for this game a long time but can't find it.
- It is 3D PC game where you play as ball from 3rd person
- You play time attack mode where you jump from platforms a go through mazes
- You have to pick up some objects (I think it was diamond like shapes?) to finish level
- I remember that one level was something like china wall
- The ball accelerate to very fast speed
- Ball can jump by itself and if you hold jump button it jump higher and higher
- You can control ball even in air so you are not just bounce around
- All platforms are in open space without floor with various backgroud pictures like subway, city or space pictures
