Pixel Fast Food Castle simulator 1999

Hello, I am trying to remember this game I played as a kid. I distinctively remember it being a pixel art castle simulator where you do something to beat the other castles (maybe grow an army?) and win. I distinctly remember that each castle was food themed, and that there was one that was red and yellow like McDonald's. You would try to turn the whole map your color, it was a top down simulator. I played it on my PC but I have no idea how old it was or when it came out, but it would have been around 1999. Thank you!
