Online Submarine Game with Orange Fish

There's this old game I remember playing probably 10 years ago where you drove a submarine and there were different levels and at the end of the game you had to beat this big jagged-tooth orange fish. It was all cartoon and it may have been on a website such as PBS or Nick because it could have been based on a children's cartoon. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know! Thank you!
